LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

Baddie Bling Shop is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

If you have missed a delivery attempt, we should have already notified you via email and/or SMS. This email contains important instructions about how to collect your parcel or schedule a re-delivery to a location or time that suits you. 

WHY WASN'T MY PACKAGE LEFT AT MY ADDRESS?

The carriers first priority is the safe deliverance of your package. Although the driver will do their best, please note that it isn't always safe to leave goods (i.e if you live in a unit block or on a main street). In this case, the driver will retain the package. There will be two additional delivery attempts if you miss the first. After the third attempt, your package will be returned to Baddie Bling Shop.

CAN I ARRANGE RE-DELIVERY?

Absolutely! The fastest way to arrange a re-delivery or locate the collection point closes to you is to contact the carrier directly. (Click Here)

Carriers will typically arrange re-delivery starting from the next business day onward.

MY PACKAGE HAS ALREADY BEEN RETURNED TO BADDIE BLING SHOP, WHAT CAN I DO?

There are 3 options available: 

  1. Request store credit for a future purchase. 
  2. Request a refund (minus a 20% restocking fee deducted)
  3. Pay for a re-shipment (Click Here)
